Subscription Information 

We collect your subscription data for the purposes of sharing our newsletter with you and any other marketing of our courses or workshops and for contacting you should you enrol on any of our courses. We do not use this data for any other purpose. 

 

Site and Data Security 

We appreciate the importance of security. Flo-in Qigong is owned by Andrea Stanley and hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provide us with the online platform that allows us to market our services to you. We do not currently take payments for any courses through this website. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general wix.com applications. We are informed that Wix store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. For information on how Wix handle your data please review sections 8, 9, 12, and 13 of Wix's Privacy Policy.  

 

Site Search Information 

We use Google Analytics as part of our website data management so that we can monitor and review how our website is being used and to help us improve the site in accordance with our users’ needs. This information helps us to see which part of the world our website visitors come from and how they are interacting with our site. Google Analytics use cookies and identifiers to manage this information which is anonymous.  They use software tools to measure and collect session information:  

• how users come to the site 

• what they click on when on the site 

• the length of visits to certain pages 

•  page interaction information

• You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Simply click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter. 

• You can request information on personal data that we hold on you at any time. For data that is supported by our host site, Wix, you can contact us to initiate that process on your behalf or contact Wix directly via their Privacy Policy website link, www.wix.com/about/privacy You will find the process detailed there. 

• You can request deletion of any of your data from Google Analytics by emailing us. We will follow their procedures to carry out your request. 

 

Additional uses of this website 

• We may occasionally use this website to ask your opinions through surveys or questionnaires or send updates about Flo-in Qigong. We may contact you via email for these purposes.  Any emails from us will be sent from floinqigong@gmail.com
