These sessions are designed for those with little or no experience.

They require no particular level of fitness and are open to all.

Sessions include:


  • Gentle warm-ups

  • An introduction to the Qigong stance

  • Learning simple Qigong movements 

  • Time for Meditation

Classes take place during the summer months, weather permitting.

  • An exploration of the movement and quality of the breath in the natural environment

  • An integration of the outdoor space into your visualisation and practice
