BEGINNERS' QIGONG 

These sessions are designed for those with little or no experience.

They require no particular level of fitness and are open to all.

Sessions include:

 

  • Gentle warm-ups

  • An introduction to the Qigong stance

  • Learning simple Qigong movements 

  • Time for Meditation

These one-to-one  sessions include:

  • A discussion of your aims and goals 

  • A bespoke plan to suit your individual requirements

  • Time for reflection at the start of each session

  • Practical guidance for home practice

QIGONG IN THE PARK

​

Classes take place during the summer months, weather permitting.

​

Sessions include:

  • An exploration of the movement and quality of the breath in the natural environment

  • An integration of the outdoor space into your visualisation and practice

  • Time for reflection

​
